The digital resources that will be presented in this session will be Drama Online (accessible with University credentials or by using a VPN at https://www.dramaonlinelibrary.com/) and MIT Global Shakespeares (free access athttps://globalshakespeares.mit.edu/plays/). The guest speakers invited for this workshop are Prof. Pascale Aebischer(University of Exeter), who will speak about performance and technology, and Dr Laura Wright (University of Oxford), who will speak about her experience directing early modern drama for digital platforms. ZEMORS aims to promote the use of digital resources in early modern studies, as early as at BA level. Students are therefore very welcome, as well as academics who would like to learn more about these digital resources and how to promote them amongst their students.

Each speaker will offer an overview of how to use a particular digital resource and will then give a practical example of how this could be used both for academic research and also by students for a research paper or thesis. There will be time to ask questions at the end.

ZEMORS will continue termly and we welcome proposals from anyone who would like to present an early modern digital project.
